Greg Dayko is the firm’s founder and is responsible for the its M&A and strategy consulting practices. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and greenfield development in the aggregates and construction materials industries. Greg has held executive level positions in strategy, operations, and M&A at both CRH – Oldcastle and Rinker Materials, and previously worked in investment banking at Harris Williams. Over the course of his career, he has closed more than thirty transactions totaling nearly $4 billion in value.

Greg earned a bachelor’s degree in nuclear engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and his master’s in business administration from Duke University. He sits on the Board of the Florida Road Material and Construction Association, holds a Florida real estate license, and is registered with FINRA.

Richard Crowe began working with Inlet Capital Group in 2014 and assists with the firm’s strategy and operational consulting practices. He has nearly twenty years of plant and area level operations management experience with Lehigh Hanson and Martin Marietta. Highly versed in process analysis, performance management, business analytics, and financial performance, Richard has successfully transformed both singular plants and multi-plant areas into highly profitable and efficient operations. His strength is working closely with sales, marketing, strategy and development, and finance teams to build and execute strategic plans and market development programs, specifically in the aggregates business.

Richard earned his bachelor’s degree in mining engineering from The Missouri University of Science and Technology and his master’s degree from The University of Phoenix.

Erik Warm began working with Inlet Capital Group in 2017 and assists with the firm’s strategy and operational consulting practices. He is a Professional Geologist with more than 20 years experience in the aggregates industry, previously serving in leadership roles at Rinker Materials, Cemex, and LafargeHolcim. His expertise includes exploration, reserves evaluation and optimization, deposit modeling, mine planning, operational improvement, and reclamation planning.

Erik earned a bachelor’s degree in geology and a master’s in business administration from the University of Florida, as well as a post-graduate certificate in Aggregate Management from the University of Leicester.

Erik is also the founder and president of Lapis Global Consulting, a Switzerland-based mining engineering firm serving the global aggregates industry.

Sean Myers

Sean Myers

Sean Myers, Advisor

Sean Myers serves on the advisory board for Inlet Capital Group. He has more than two decades of experience in real estate development and finance, with expertise in multiple property types, including land, industrial, and mining properties. He recently spearheaded a development program with a final sales value estimated to exceed $300 million. Previously, he worked on Wall Street with experience in both banking and trading.

Sean earned a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and a master’s in business administration from Duke University. He is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Sean lives in Winter Park with his wife and four daughters.

Ken Hirsch

Ken Hirsch, Advisor

Ken Hirsch serves on the advisory board for Inlet Capital Group. He is a Managing Director at Founders Advisors, with more than 30 years of investment and corporate banking experience. He has extensive expertise in capital raising, mergers & acquisitions, and general advisory transactions. Prior to joining Founders, Mr. Hirsch co-founded and served as Managing Director at Western Reserve Partners where he managed the firm’s capital raising practice and opened the firm’s Dallas regional office. He previously spent eight years as Managing Director at KeyBanc Capital Markets, where he managed the Debt Capital Group.

Mr. Hirsch holds a B.A., with Honors, in Economics from Kenyon College and an M.B.A from The University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. He holds Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses. He has been a member on the boards of The Gathering Place, The Intergenerational School, The Breakthrough School and Leadership Dallas.

Will Glusac

Will Glusac, Advisor

Will Glusac serves on the advisory board for Inlet Capital Group. He has nearly 30 years’ experience in the construction materials industry, with deep expertise in aggregates, ready mix concrete, frac sand, lime, and other industrial minerals. He previously served as president and CEO, Aggregate Industries; president, Prairie Materials; president, Rinker Materials’ Florida Ready Mix Division; and president, Vulcan Materials’ Midwest Division.

Will earned his master’s in business administration from the University of Chicago. He lives in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, with his wife Stefanie.
